YAY !!!!!!

I know EXACTLY how you feel ! I walk with my Hubbs 2 miles every day and I hate, hate, hate walking next to traffic, so I will avoid it by all costs. We cut through the desert

Congrats

It's not weird at all, I feel the same, but I force myself to go... I feel also the same if I haven't been to the gym in a while...

on pushing through your hangup and going for a walk!!!

Oh I have often felt the same way, especially at the track when there's little old ladies whizzing by me. It's so embarrassing and I can't help but think that the people behind me are looking at my squishy butt and my jiggly thighs.

But you know what helps? I'm trying to think of myself as an inspiration to others. Maybe somebody who's heavier than me can look and say "hey, she ain't thin and if she can do it then maybe I can." Or maybe even somebody who's skinny and not exercising might say "well if SHE's out here busting her butt then maybe I should too." I know it's self indulgent to think of myself as an inspiration but hey, it gets me out the door.
