Default before and after pictures
Is there a place on this form of before and after pictures of ladies that lost weight using SBD. Pictures inspire me, and give me hope and a vision...thanks

We have a thread of Success Stories in our forum, and you'll notice several of our Beachers have a link to their before and after pictures in their signatures. You'll also find a forum specifically for success stories on the 3FC forum home page.

I'm not too great with internet photos but looked at one last week and I was huge Look way better now.
