I'm new and I've been between 135-140 for the past 4 years and I'd like to get down to 125. I'm very active already playing soccer and swimming when I get myself to the pool, but I have difficulty being consistent with distractions like school and work. I think I just need more motivation to get to me to exercise even when I'm busy and not give into urges for ice cream when I'm stressed. Feel free to give me some advice and I'm looking forward to motivation and support from other members of this site.
I find it hard not to give in to urges too. I try to find something more healthy to have, usually i just want to naw on something so things like celery sticks, carrot sticks etc are good alternatives. Feel free to drop by the 20 somethings forum!
