Default DailyPlate: old food diary automatically deleted?

Does anyone else use DailyPlate and have this problem? I clicked on Fooddiary today and discovered it's now only going back to May (I started it late March), and for that matter, everyone from May 1 to May 20 only has my exercise and comments recorded, not my food! Only May 21 and on is intact! I was kind of shocked. Is it normal for DailyPlate to delete your old food diary entries?

I've never used DailyPlate , but I downloaded an application on my iphone called ilose, its recording excersise and everything I eat and drink, plus my daily weight. It's my bible now, and really good for entering recurring meals. Quick and easy.

EDIT AGAIN:
Well it was supposed to be restored weeks ago, so I contacted customer service to complain. I suggest you do the same. They promised it would be restored and it hasn't been.

I have Fitday entries back to June 9, 2001 and would be so bummed if they got deleted. They're my history! So I feel for you and hope they're restored soon.

The data is not gone for good! It was moved to another server for maintenance and should be back in the not-so-distant future.
I'm not allowed to post links but it's in the Livestrong blogs and was posted June 24, 2009.

If you pay for the gold edition of Daily Plate, it is kept forever. Otherwise, 3 months. I just print it out on the first of the month for the previous month. You can export it to Excel and then keep it forever.
