Do you try to get each day?
I've been trying to eat more protein since starting the 30 day shred and I think it's helping with the soreness, but I wasn't sure if weight loss would change the amount of protein I should have...
Im not sure exactly how much you want, but you might want to try and have some protein in every meal, and if you find yourself getting hungry try to have a snack that has some protein in it too to keep you going
