I know I said I wouldn't weigh myself until Friday, but I couldn't help it. This morning I weighed in at 212....I've lost 10lbs in 5 weeks!!!!
It's pretty cool to see that calorie counting works, along with killing myself exercising. This is a great motivator for me, since I've been thinking about binging for a few days now. Now I'm looking at the calendar thinking "Ok, if I keep this up, that will be 20lbs the week of August 10th, 30lbs the week of September 14th....."
