Hello...

I am new here and I am excited to start blogging about my weight and get this ball going!!!!

I am a little confused though on how to set up my profile and stuff. Like how to upload a picture and set up a tickler.

If anyone would be let me know how to do all this I would love to set all my stuff up to show my progress!!!

Go under the user cp and it is fairly easy. It is my understanding that it takes a couple of weeks to be able to have a signature option which is how you get the tickler. Please correct me if you find out otherwise.
