I'm Melissa and I just found this site. So far I love it! At this point I'm 5'4 and 185lbs. I started my diet and excercise routine 8 days ago (I started at 188! yay!) and I'm still motivated. I'm looking to get back down to 140lbs. I'm a ballet instructor, and I went from teaching 5-6 classes a week down to 1. So needless to say, I put on about 40lbs!
