hey guys! so, ive been slacking when it comes to the gym and i really need to get back in gear, however, i have 10 pounds left until goal, and i think now is a good time to start the toning since ive lost most of the fat. does anyone know any good toning exercises for abs, and thighs/butt?
I'd recommend looking at a complete workout plan rather than trying to focus on specific muscle groups. I like the book "New Rules of Lifting for Women" for a complete workout plan that you can do at home with some dumbbells, step, swiss ball, etc.
