I just checked my sugar after eating an apple and my bs is 155, but I am feeling EXTRA SUPER restless and cant sit still, and I have a little headache. is this restlessness due to blood sugar?

IMHO that's a normal reading after eating an apple. Maybe you are restless for another reason.

I agree. 155 shouldn't make you restless. I don't start to feel shaky until my BS goes down to 50 or lower. Not sure the cause of your restlessness......blood pressure off maybe?
