Can anyone recommend a good calorie counter for Spanish food, either a booklet or something I can download and take with me.
I'm going to Spain in 4 weeks for 1 week, and while I don't want to obsess, I do want to have an idea what I'm consuming. I won't have computer access while I'm there.

I did a quick google for comida and calorias, and had a quick look on Amazon but no luck, I'm afraid. (Researcher who likes a challenge here.) Looks as though you're going to have to busk it! Relax and you'll be fine because you know the basic rules, don't you? Course you do!

I don't know. If I go to a restaurant that I don't already know the calorie info beforehand I just try to look at what looks to be fairly healthy on the menu and go from there.
