Hello all! im new here, from the UK, and im trying to follow the weight watchers points programme indepentantly, i dont go to meetings, but i follow the programme through the books on my own. ive been on it 3 days so far and have kept to it
My story: im 21 and have just had a baby boy! through my teenage years i was around 9st - 9st 7lb, when i got married i ballooned up to 11st, post pregnany i am now 11st 9lb and would like to get back down to about 9st 5lb ish or there abouts! i want to be below 10st put it that way
So ive got a long journey ahead of me but im trying to make lifestyle changes for good so that i will maintain weight aswell.
