Default Suggestion for a comprehensive guide

I am looking for a book to keep with me in the kitchen or when out. The Calorie King is great but very limited. For example it does not give sodium counts. I also have a salter scale and love it for baking and will use it for holding myself accountable for what goes in. I also in a moment of weakness ordered a Kitchrics Digital Food Scale with Nutritional Facts. I think I may cancel it. I am sure I do not need it.

I have The Biggest Loser Calorie Count book and it has all the counts for a wide variety of foods including sodium.
