I have been dieting a
long time. But this year I would like to reach my goal.I had some health issues in November, that made me realize it's time to improve my health. I have lost about 48 lbs so far using calorie counting.
But decided I would do better if I start getting more support if I join the support forum. I have alot of stress in my life and usually turn to food!
So would like some advice on ways to deal with it.
