Default Hello I am new here and have recently lost 10% of my body weight

Hi there! I am new here! I recently lost 10% of my body weight, and still have about 40 lbs to go until my goal. I am hoping for success. I am finding it hard to keep going sometimes. My mother once told me this mantra. " Nothing tastes as good as it feels to be thin." I am finding that's true! I do sometimes feel like I am loosing momentum. How does everyone else keep going after a minor achievement?

Minor? 10% is AMAZING! Congrats! 10% offers so many health benefits. Very impressive!

As for how to keep working on weight loss, it really is just one foot in front of the other. Planning, trying new recipes, training for new events, trying new exercises, mini-goals, etc.

Thanks guys!! I appreciate the support!! Its hard to keep going. Although my husband has this bad habit of whenever I am walking up the stairs in front of him, he always smacks my fanny.. He didnt today.. told me that it was because it was getting smaller and it wasnt as much fun! That was probably one of the nicest things that anyone has ever said to me!!! Silly huh?
