is there weight loss when you drop a pant size?
to me it doesn't seem llike there is but maybe my scale is broken.
when i get on the scale i seem to be in the same place.
i started exercising 1hour a day at least.
so could the weight be muscle mass?
sorry for the blonde moment just wondering if anyone else went thru this too






No, there's not necessarily "weight" loss if you drop a pants size. You may have decreased your fat & increased your muscle which might show zero change on the scale. 5 lbs of muscle is smaller and takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat so you could see a decrease in inches but no scale change.
