Default Not so sure if this is a good thing????

Friday's weight was 142.....didn't have such a good weekend food wise..didnt eat a LOT or any takeout but what i did eat wasn't the healthiest....huge home cooked meals (roast, mashed potatoes, salads, gravy etc..).

When I weighed myself this morning it was 138.5...I didn't want to go lower or much lower than 140..I'm not too sure how I should feel about this?? Joy or kind of worried..perhaps I'm not eating enough daily calories? It was probably just a fluke but I am really unsure of how to feel about this...I guess I feel a little of both. I don't want to be skin and bones!!!!!!!!

We are the same height and around the same weight. My weight generally fluctuates between 139-142.5. Unless I go higher or lower then those numbers, I don't attribute it to an actual gain or actual loss, just the general scale fluctuations.

Sometimes a high rise of calories is the shock a body needs and you see some nice loses.

This has happened to me 3 times now since I started my journey last May. Sometimes a few extra calories are just what your body needs--something out of the ordinary food wise--to kick it in the pants. We also have similar stats.

Cooperistic and Thighs be Gone...just noticed our heights are close and your goal weights are 120-130...I guess its not such a bad thing if i go lower..I just hate people telling me "don't lose any more..don't lose any more" and I know there are still a few areas that need a little toning/work..lol. I'm not going to worry much over it for now!

angela, we all must decide what that magic # or look is...please, please don't listen to those who are telling you what that number should be...I just laugh off those comments...I know what my body needs and doesn't need..as long as your BMI is good and you are liking what you see, that matters WAYYY more than anyones comments! I get that ALLLLL the time. People telling me I am crazy, I am being vain, I don't need to lose weight etc. etc. I understand that I am in a healthy weight range, that doesn't mean it's wrong for me to want to strive to look/feel the best I can. I have also been overweight before and I am trying to prevent myself from getting back to that point. It's an extemely slippery slope when you constantly have people telling you that you can eat whatever you want and not exercise because you don't need to lose weight, you start to believe it eventually.

It's so different for each person and you can't compare yourself to others. For you, going below 140 is getting a bit too skinny, for me I feel differently. It doesn't make either of us wrong, we are just in different places.

But you should for sure post some pics! Way to go on your loss!
