
I have life threatening allergies and Im wanting to start the SBD. I have diabetes and was told it would help improve my overal help and my weight.
My allergy is to all fish and seafood, so no tuna, fish, Scallops or anything from the water pretty much. Im trying to follow the book but Im a person who needs alot of direction and structure so what should I substitute for the fish or tuna? I may get sick of chicken if I use chicken non stop. any idea's? Thanks.
Ps. Im just starting so I need ideas for phase 1

Babekins! Great question. I, personally, dislike most fish and rarely eat it. I've had no problems with that on SBD.
