I guess I didn't know enough about it - sent my pic so I could see an "after" photo - but they emailed me back saying I could view it on facebook!
I don't want to join a facebook group - and I don't want might pic showing up on their website as one of their examples.
I've emailed them a dozen times asking them to delete my photo and they are not replying

Of course I didn't read it...I was thinking it was just to send to ME.
I did have a facebook account, but now I had to deactivate it for fear of it becoming public.
I'm so so so sad that they won't return my email - and their phone number is a joke - one of those "no humans" places.

I work with WeightView and I'm sorry that you are having an issue with the service. Your photo is not on Facebook- no worries here. If you provide me with the info you used to sign-up, I can locate your photo.

I have used them before and everything went fine.

How do you know it's not on facebook?
I'm just terrified they'll use it on the weightview website as a "sample" before/after.

Fine in what way? I'm dying to see the "after" photo but it says i have to sign into facebook - and it appears that it will available to everyone...I totally deactivated my FB page because of this.
I thought they'd at least email me a photo - but they didn't.
