Sorry it's up so late...I had a busy weekend throwing an 80th birthday party for DH's Grandpa. Anyway...let's get back in the game & focus! My weekend was a bomb, but I had already known it was gonna be.

Monday: 1393 calories, 104oz of water, no exercise
Tuesday: 1500 calories, 88oz of water, no exercise

my plan: 97oz of water/day; detox days 1-5; firm dvd's c25k and cardio everyday!

Ok my plan for the week.
Stay around 1400 cal, 64 oz water, and make it to the gym at least 3 days
Monday: 1596 cal, over 64oz of water. No exercise
Tuesday: 40 mins cardio, 1350 cal, 80 oz water
Wednesday: 80oz water, 1100 cal, 25 min strength on wii fit

1500 calorie limit, sleep well, workout once a day, stretch and feel good about my body!
Goal - 1500-1650 calories, 80 oz of water, gym 4 days
Monday: 1602 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 1 (40 minutes on the elliptical)
Tuesday: 1463 calories, 88 oz of water, no gym today
Wednesday: 1608 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 2 (45 minutes on the treadmill)
Thursday: 1617 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 3 (45 minutes walking, 15 minutes running intervals on treadmill)
Friday: 1451 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 4 (45 minutes on the elliptical)
How did my girls do today?? Not too bad myself. Stayed within my calories & drank TONS of water, but I didn't get to workout, so boo on me. BUT no reason to throw the baby out with the bath water. I've got nothing going on tomorrow so I can definitely get to the gym & do the Shred.
ALSO, I put my scale away. I was getting too obsessive about weighing again & it's just better if I weigh once a week. Plus, when it's more rewarding to see a 2 pound loss one day than seeing 5 oz here & there.

I did pretty good yesterday. I didn't get any exercise in though. Well got up early this morning and made it to the gym. So today is starting out better. Hope everyone is doing well!!

Monday: 1750 cals, 50 oz water and 1.5 hrs at gym.
Tuesday: 1689 cals, 48 oz water and 35 mins of cardio and 1 hour of swimming with DS.
Wednesday: 1343 cals, 80 oz water and 1 hr of Zumba!!!
Thursday: 1450 cals, 74 oz water and 1 hour at gym!
Friday: 1558 cals, 100 oz water and rest day!
