Sorry it's up so late...I had a busy weekend throwing an 80th birthday party for DH's Grandpa. Anyway...let's get back in the game & focus! My weekend was a bomb, but I had already known it was gonna be.

You know the drill... Post your plan for the week & then come back & update us on how you did.

My plan: 1300-1700 calories, 64oz of water, & gym & 30DS

Monday: 1393 calories, 104oz of water, no exercise
Tuesday: 1500 calories, 88oz of water, no exercise

i am jumping in here i need to be POP for as long as possible

my plan: 97oz of water/day; detox days 1-5; firm dvd's c25k and cardio everyday!

monday water, eating and exercise
tuesday water, eating and exercise
wednesday water, eating and exercise
thursdaywater eating and rest day
fridaywater eating and exercise yayy!

I'll give it a shot

Plan: >1400 cals a day, exercise at least 3 times

Monday - 1040 calories, no exercise - too darn busy! :/
Tuesday - 1220 calories, 40 mins on treadmill
Wednesday - 1150 calories, 60 mins on treadmill
Thursday - 1270 calories, W1 D1 C25K
Friday - 1400 calories, W1 D2 C25K

Ok my plan for the week.
Stay around 1400 cal, 64 oz water, and make it to the gym at least 3 days

Monday: 1596 cal, over 64oz of water. No exercise
Tuesday: 40 mins cardio, 1350 cal, 80 oz water
Wednesday: 80oz water, 1100 cal, 25 min strength on wii fit
Thursday
Friday

Tuesday: 933 cal, water, 30DS, 30 min elliptical
Wednesday: 1782 cal, NOT ENOUGH WATER, 30DS, C25K
Thursday: 1013 cal, NOT ENOUGH WATER, 30DS, 30 min elliptical
Friday: 1538 cal, water, 30DS, C25K

I just posted a thread about my star rating for staying on track, but I'm going to do this as well- hopefully double the attention will give me weight loss

1500 calorie limit, sleep well, workout once a day, stretch and feel good about my body!

OK, my weekend sucked too. Not bad in the food department (except for those darn girl scout cookies) but I didn't exercise once.

My plan: 64 ounces of water At least 3 days of exercise 1400-1600 Cals 20g of fiber

Monday: 1510 Calories, Over 64 oz of water already, 55 Min of Turbo Jam 504 Cals Burned, 21g of fiber

Tuesday: ? Cals (I'd guess about 1650-1700) , Over 100 ounces of water, no exercise, ? fiber (I was at 15g when I went to dinner)

SERIOUSLY! I planned on doing this last time and totally fell off the horse. No more excuses!

~1400 cals, exercise with cardio 5 days this week, strength 3x this week.

Monday: 1250 cals, 30 minutes cardio, 35 minutes strength training DVD
Tuesday: 1350 cals, 50 minutes cardio, 20 minutes strength DVD
Wednesday: 1380 cals, no exercise...BOO!
Thursday: 1220 cals, 45 minutes cardio/strength DVD

I'm in this week!

- Stay around 1500 cals average for the week
- Drink 64oz+ water
- Gym & Daily walks

Monday:
30 mins cardio, 76oz water, approx. 1500 cals
Tuesday: 30 minute walk, 64oz water, approx. 1400 cals
Wednesday: 4 mile walk, 48oz water, more then enough cals -_-
Thursday: 4 mile walk, 112oz water, approx. 1600 cals
Friday: 2 mile walk, 64oz water, approx. 1350 cals

Definitely in for this week!!!

Goal - 1500-1650 calories, 80 oz of water, gym 4 days

Monday: 1602 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 1 (40 minutes on the elliptical)
Tuesday: 1463 calories, 88 oz of water, no gym today
Wednesday: 1608 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 2 (45 minutes on the treadmill)
Thursday: 1617 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 3 (45 minutes walking, 15 minutes running intervals on treadmill)
Friday: 1451 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 4 (45 minutes on the elliptical)

How did my girls do today?? Not too bad myself. Stayed within my calories & drank TONS of water, but I didn't get to workout, so boo on me. BUT no reason to throw the baby out with the bath water. I've got nothing going on tomorrow so I can definitely get to the gym & do the Shred.

ALSO, I put my scale away. I was getting too obsessive about weighing again & it's just better if I weigh once a week. Plus, when it's more rewarding to see a 2 pound loss one day than seeing 5 oz here & there.

I did pretty good yesterday. I didn't get any exercise in though. Well got up early this morning and made it to the gym. So today is starting out better. Hope everyone is doing well!!

I am in this week too! Sorry I am late.

Goals: 1400-1600 cals, 85 oz water and gym 4 days!

Monday: 1750 cals, 50 oz water and 1.5 hrs at gym.
Tuesday: 1689 cals, 48 oz water and 35 mins of cardio and 1 hour of swimming with DS.
Wednesday: 1343 cals, 80 oz water and 1 hr of Zumba!!!
Thursday: 1450 cals, 74 oz water and 1 hour at gym!
Friday: 1558 cals, 100 oz water and rest day!
