Hey calorie counting friends!
What nutrition data do you use for chicken breasts? I get such a wide range of numbers on TDP. If I'm eating Purdue or something I go by the packaging. My work serves 4oz grilled chicken breasts that I typically have made into a stirfry at lunch. I'm just trying to find a fair calorie count if I don't have the package data. What do you log for chicken?
