Hi all! I'm Katie! I had a baby in January 2008 and have decided to get my weight down before our vacation in May. I have 20 lbs I'd like to lose by then, and about 55 lbs to lose to reach my goal weight. I'm using a modified LA Weightloss approach. Thanks for the support!
Welcome! I'm also trying to get the baby weight off- I have another 5 or so pounds that are attributable in any way to pregnancy. Of course, my 'baby' is in Kindergarten so I've long since run out of the ability to use the baby weight excuse- not that it has stopped me! Ha!
