I bought this dvd today. Tried out one of the workouts before work, and I actually didn't hate it. For a dvd that's really saying something, for me. I chose to do the "progressive standing core training". I think I should have watched the basic moves demo first, but I was in a hurry. I figure for $20 at Walmart, how awful could it be. I get so bored with my regular ab routine.
I shop ebay if I can get a better deal. I bought the two pack containing the first three 10-minute workouts on one dvd and the second dvd is Progressive Training.
The first dvd with the three 10-minute workouts are ALL floor work, yes they do stand up for about a minute to do that exercise they show on the commercial where they use the chair and pull in the opposite arm & leg together but that really is about it for standing. The first three are about 95% floor work. There are some portions of it that are really nice if you enjoy floor work, I don't like floor work but there are some things on here that I really like.
The Progressive Training is GREAT!!! It has three 10-minute workouts: the first one is Standing Abs (which I love) but the down side is how long they spend doing the Warrior Position. The second routine is Sitting Abs, everything is done on or with a chair (I also love this one) you sit and do leg lifts, you sit and do twists, then you get onto the floor and lean on the chair to do things like oblique work & stretches. The third workout is Floor Abs, I've watched it but haven't yet done it you need her little Ball for this one.
Each one of these has three people you can go with, there is the man who is doing Moderate using a ball for the Standing Abs, a Resistance Band for the Sitting Abs and a Ball for the Floor Abs. Then a woman doing Advanced, she using weights for the Standing Abs, a Towel for the Sitting Abs and I think Weights for the Floor Abs. Then a younger girl does Modified/Light uses her empty hands for the Standing Abs, a Towel for Sitting Abs and her empty hands and the Ball for portions of the Floor Abs.
I recommend it. I use the Progressive Training Crunchless Abs some days and break it up with my other workouts (Core Rhythms, Hip Hop Abs, Denise Austin, Jane Fonda, Rita Moreno).
Good Luck with your buying decisions. Remember if you don't like it, you will get really good money for it on ebay, they're selling like hotcakes there. I paid $26.99 Buy It Now for the six. I'd like to try some of her other videos.
Baby phat: I didn't know about the other disk with the standing and sitting exercises. I just got the disk with the three 10-minute workouts. It's probably the hardest workout video I've ever tried, but then again I'm really in horrible shape right now. Plus, I have hardwood floors and it's nearly impossible to do anything she's teaching us; I have to go out and buy an exercise mat, I guess.
Anyway, I just wanted to join in with my two cents. It's really, really hard but it's also maddening enough that I am determined to be able to get all the way through it one of these days. I have a feeling this workout is for people who are actually in decent shape, that's why I'm having a hard time.

Pas de Chaton, when I started I was totally out of shape, COMPLETELY! If I might offer my advice to you, I'd say to try any of the standing ab routines or other standing aerobics. They will get you fit enough to be able to do the floor routines. Floor work is not my preference because my knees are easily aggrevated and I really just don't like it, I'd rather work out standing or using a chair.
