I follow WW and am over daily points already and started using some flex points, but I still feel hungry. I am downing some water right now and am hoping that huge bowl of popcorn I just ate will fill me up finely....
I think I waited to long to eat lunch because I was satisfied after breakfast.... I am just hoping talking about my munchies will keep me from continuing....
