Hungry, Hungry Girl!

  • Ugh..... i feel so hungry today.... It is like I can't stop eating....

    I follow WW and am over daily points already and started using some flex points, but I still feel hungry. I am downing some water right now and am hoping that huge bowl of popcorn I just ate will fill me up finely....

    I think I waited to long to eat lunch because I was satisfied after breakfast.... I am just hoping talking about my munchies will keep me from continuing....

    How are you ladies this Sunday? anything interesting going on?

  • Are you choosing filling foods? Filling foods will help. Try eating some carrots, celery, bell peppers, or mushrooms raw. How are you protein wise? Sometimes I start binging till I get ample protein. If not, try some protein. It might help you feel fuller.
  • It seems like I have one day every weekend like this.... it's so hard! Unfortunately I don't have much advise other than keep yourself busy. When I'm busy I forget that I want to eat. I usually do housework, laundry, run errands, or just go to the mall and browse. Good luck!

    Some of the foods were filling but not enough veggies by any means.... I think I am going to have a big cucumber salad for dinner. I had two turkey burgers w/ pepper jack cheese so i think i was good on the protein.

    That popcorn I ate seemed to fill me finally!
  • Maybe you could drink some water? Hang in there!!!
  • Works everytime for me take a yogurt and a half a cup of fiber one fills me up and keeps me full for hours and when you add it all up it is either 1 or 2 points depending on the yogurt.
  • I try to eat 3-5 servings of 0 veggies per meal if possible. It really does help.
  • Same here im on my TOM and i have to eat everything in sight
