Hello,
Here I go again. I've recently admitted to myself that I've gained back 35 (over three years) of over 100 pounds (hit 100 pounds lost in 2005) I'd managed to lose, and if I'm not careful, I'll be back where I was ten years ago.
I'm one of those people who has reasonably good habits, so my weight has crept back on, 10 pounds a year. No more!
It is time for me to think about food differently, remembering that I'm not one of those folks who gets to eat what they want whenever they want (even if they're "Healthy" foods!) without exercising and still expect to maintain weight loss.
This time, I'm also willing to accept that my lowest achieved weight might be a healthy weight for me (even though it still sounds very HIGH), and I'm not going to beat myself up trying to go below 180. When I get there, I can reassess my goals.
I'm going to start the SBD (I've used them all at different times with different level of success, but a lower/better carb eating plan with some hard eating guidelines has always worked best for me). I look forward to chatting with all of you!
