My mom gave me Martha Stewart's "Everyday Food: Great Food Fast" cookbook for Christmas. I was really excited to find that there are calorie counts for all of the recipes and, despite not being marketed as a low calorie cookbook, most of the main dish recipes clock in under 500 calories a serving. Tonight we had linguine with shrimp and tomato-basil sauce for right around 450 calories per person.
Thanks for the tip on the cookbook.
Thanks! I was looking for a cookbook yesterday and there are just too many!

I'm going to Borders today (I have a $25 gift card burning a hole in my pocket) and was planning to buy another cookbook. Anyone have any suggestions?
Not a cookbook per se - I like "Eating Clean" and "Healthy Cooking" magazines. I made a yummy mac & cheese from the most recent HC issue yesterday, and a delicious roasted winter veggie recipe from a recent "Vegetarian Times." I am a magazine junkie, LOL!
