Ruth, our high is predicted to be 57*. I'm in heaven!

It's overcast and lovely, which really enhances the illusion that it's spring. Even though I'm sure my SIL is right and this is all just a big tease, I'll take it!
Do you hold a lot of tension in your neck and back when you run,
Cyndi? I hope you feel better after your massage!
Jenny, Scotland may be a coldish place, but you sure have divine curries! I heard the funniest simile yesterday on NPR: "It's like a good curry--it doesn't go away for days!"

Hope yours is delish!
Chelby, you definitely need to try it! Sounds like you're doing a fabulous job teaching DS to be a good helper. My grandfather was an amazing companion/partner to my grandmother. He helped her with everything around the house--their motto was, "If we do it together, then we can relax together afterwards."

I miss them both.
Schmoo, sorry things are so messy with SIL. Hope it's better soon.

As for you feeling feverish, if you get a chance, take some Osillococcinum. It's got sugar in it, but I've never gotten cravings after taking it. It's homeopathic, and usually I don't put any store by that stuff, but this is a miracle med for keeping the flu away (or shortening it if you have to get it). I got mine at the local grocery store, but I'm sure they have it at drug stores, too. I used it twice this year and, even though I work with students who are constantly sick, I haven't gotten the flu yet!

Hope everyone feels better soon!
me4life, you definitely should consider getting more calories. At a low calorie level, your body thinks you are starving and holds on (very stubbornly) to your fat. Consider adding a little healthy fat to your diet (like olive oil or canola oil when you cook veggies or in your salad dressing) to up the calories without making you feel overfull. Or you can make sure you're getting nuts in--they have healthy fats and protein, and lots of calories.
Me:
DH and I have had a credit at the local theatre for three years because a freak snowstorm that Valentine's Day cancelled the show we were supposed to see. Well, we're finally using them, tonight, to go see the Broadway tour of The Drowsy Chaperone. I'm so excited! I don't know the music at all, but the story has intrigued me for years and I can't wait! DH splurged on good seats since our credit took up most of the cost. Should be a fun, romantic night.

I'm took out some butternut squash ragout from the freezer for dinner, and just have to make some WW couscous to go with when I get home. Gym after work and then off to dinner and a show!
