Also, I've been recording down what I've been eating (see blog) but I don't know how to determine the calories consumed. Most of the food I eat doesn't come with calorie labels

I have however been excercising regularly!
I know stupid question - but how often do you all weigh yourself? Once a week? Once every couple days? I have a bad habit of weighing myself everyday (now that I bought myself a new scale). It's actually a bad idea to do so because I get discouraged everytime I see that my weight hasn't gone down yet. Maybe I am impatient, afterall I only officially started 3 days ago!
