I normally eat my sweet potatoe nuked in the microwave, then sprinkled with black pepper.
Today however, I wanted more protein for lunch, so I smeared some peanut butter on top of my sweet potatoe. Oh my goodness, I'm in love! So warm & yummy & uber filling too. Sounds kinda weird, but it's an AMAZING combination that I just wanted to share.
