so i feel kind of bad

  • but i haven't been around in a while. and i need to be, i feel like it keeps me on track. i haven't gotten completely off track, but i've been too easy on myself drinking sodas and stuff.

    i also haven't exercised in a long time. i really should start going back to the gym now.

    motivation? anyone?
  • i also have been a bit MIA and not watching what i am consuming. I think that the only way to get motivated is to want to do something. My problem is that with school and work and everything going on in my life that I put exercising and smart choices on the back burner.
  • I've been around but I still put on 3 lbs this week. the self loathing starts.....now!

  • yeah, i'm slacking big time. but i need to get on it -- i've got a lot to look forward to in march (concerts, spring break, visits from friends) and i feel like it's a possibility being lighter would make it better.
  • Oh i know how you feel. I nearly got sucked into buying pizza today but i had to persevere. I keep on thinking, im already this far, do i want to fall back? No i dont think so. Took me 4 months to shed like 20 pounds. Think of it this way. it takes you 4 months to shed 20 pounds but 2 weeks to gain half the weight back. Not a good idea right? I always keep that in my head ahahhaa. Its so tiring though keeping up the strict food regiment. But you gotta do what you gotta do! I hope you're motivated this week!
  • Welcome back! I haven't been MIA but I might as well of been considering I'm completely falling back into old habits... gained 5 lbs over the last week. not even able to use TOM as an excuse.

    The only kind of motivation I can give is to try to send the positive energy vibes over to you with a big "I CAN DO THIS!!!"
