Default Is it over yet?

I didn't count calories all weekend. Not Friday, Saturday or today. I know I did ok Friday but I ate out for lunch (a salad with some boiled eggs and tomato) and then went to a basketball game and had dinner there (a tiny little bowl of chili that I couldn't eat because my mouth was on fire). Then on Sat my hubby and I had our taxes done and then he took me out to lunch. I boxed half of it right away because it was way too much. It's still in the fridge and I don't plan on eating it but hubby might. Then for supper I didn't have much of an appetite so I just ate a very small portion of what hubby made. I know I didn't go over. Under again if anything. Then today I've had a corn dog with a serving of baked lays (I need groceries bad) and we are having pork chops for dinner. I'm doing ok on the food but just haven't tracked it for some dumb reason. I also only had 1 32oz bottle of water Fri and 1 8oz glass yesterday. So far none for today. Don't know what my problem is but working so hard and seeing a gain might have a little something to do with it. And as far as exercise, I haven't done any because just walking still hurts my shins. It has to be shin splints. I'm hoping to get back at it tomorrow. On the bright side, we welcomed a new baby boy into out lives last night. He is a 9 week old shih tzu and his name is Charlie.
Ok, just had to get my lack of motivation off my chest. Thanks!

I'll leave you with a few pics of my new baby! And no, he isn't piddling on the rug (although that's the first thing he did when we brought him home). He just sits so low to the ground he always looks like he's peein. LOL!

I have a Shih Tzu too. They are very smart and sweet dogs. His name is Scribbles and he's such a lover of everybody. The only bad thing about Shih Tzu's is they will go with anyone. My dog will jump into anyone's car and go home with them! They are a very trusting breed. Good luck with him!! He's adorable!!

Oooooh!!! HOW CUTE!! I have a shi tzu that looks almost exactly like yours (but 9 years old!) His name is Chandler.

And for your shin splints...you may want to try the elliptical? It's easier on the legs/feet!

OMG That little puppy is soooo sweet and cute!!!!! Good luck with him. I think sometimes its okay to not count calories as long as you are mindful of what you eat, like my mom religiously counts calories and it seems like she wont eat at restaurants that dont have calories online or if I cook somthing, even if its healthy, she wont eat it because she doesnt know the exact calorie content. I mean its working for her, but at what cost.

OMG he is sooooooo cute!!! I love puppies so much. I wouldn't be able to think about eating well if that cutie was in my house.

I know. I just want to lay around and snuggle him.

I don't have an elliptical and I don't have a gym membership. I can maybe just do a walk away the pounds video for a few days so I'm not jumping around. I find them kinda boring now but I need to do something and I am not sure Biggest Loser or Turbo Jam would be the best.

I'm also finding that I have a hard time on the weekends. I'm doing OK, but not great. I'm 100% on point during the week with calories and 30DS, but once Saturday rolls around I feel like its ok to give myself a "break". I don't write anything down, and its a miracle if I do 30DS. I don't go crazy with the food, so thats good I guess! I think I'm going to start making it my goal to only let myself off the hook for 1 day, maybe Sunday? Not both days.
