1. I have an ice-cream maker, so I buy fat free lemon yogurt and freeze it so it tastes like i'm eating ice cream.
2. I buy ice-milk chocolate "ice cream" but kind of tastes like chocolate ice cream anyways. Safeway's Eating Rigt brand has good ones for under 5$ and 10$
...I normally set aside $10 for weekend low-cal treats (skinny cow ice cream bars, etc) instead of spending 3/4$ on cheap, calorie-laden foods.
I'd love to hear what you guys do in dire
situations of needing that certain fix!Cheers! E

it's only 60 cals for 1/2 cup or something.
