    I just thought it would be fun and kind of nice, if we could say something supportive to the person who posted last.

    For example (not that you need one) : I noticed you lost 20 lbs, GREAT JOB. Or I once read a post from you that really inspired me to ________.. etc etc

    I hope this isn't already a thread. lol

    Lori-- to have the courage that you do to have already lost 29 pounds and still going is a great accomplisment, and inspires me to keep going, they say the mountain is huge, but you treat it like a hill, great job. your progress and progress to come will be my joy to see it unfold. you are an amazing person!

    chance, i really do love what you have to say, and i could really relate to you about the hating doctors appointments! and it was cool when u reached your 19/20 lbs mark just before seeing the doc!and now your at 22 woohoo
