First of all... I would like to tell everyone on 3fc that i am really glad to see how well everyone is doing, and thank all of you for even being here with the rest of us and giving the well needed support we all need!
Time just goes by so fast and in 2009, i feel that I may reach my goal, thanks to everyone on here and my wanting to be a better and more healthy of a person. We all know it's hard to lose weight.. and it's also hard to be fat.. I'm here to say that I have chosen my hard!
I am the only thing keeping me from my goals... So good luck to all of you and keep up the good work and stand tall and don't give up when things get hard! God bless all of you and your weightloss efforts!
