Default Weight Watchers momentum or daily plate

I have done the weight watchers thing many a couple of times, once whole heartedly and lost about 25lbs, and then gained it back. I have since tried it again with the opinion that I will gain the weight back and maybe its my attitude but I feel like they just keep changing the name and using the same program.
I have also used daily plate and lost but end up not sticking with it and losing track, but when I am on I am on track.
Ok, so my question is is the new program any different then last year? B/c I am thinking about going back again but I'm not sure if I should just stick with my daily plate or join WW again!
HELP ME I am so lost

Here's the thing:

Regardless of what program or plan you choose, if you keep quitting and going back to old habits the weight will never stay off. Never.

Enough of the tough stuff. Here's the deal about WW Momentum:

The Momentum plan is basically the old Flex Points plan (Daily Points + 35 Weekly Points) with the good things from the Core plan added in. Choose filling foods most of the time (fruits & veggies, whole grains, fat free dairy, etc.) but keep the flexibility so that you can still have foods that you're used to in moderation. This is old news to many people losing weight, but the WW plan was modified in order to help people lose the weight by eating healthy foods and not just eating 2 point bars all day long. Add in a few other very small changes and there it is. Momentum.

It's different... in a way, but it's not that different. Especially for members like me who were already adding in Core elements by using more whole grains etc.

Why do you think you have a problem with sticking with a plan? Maybe they aren't the right plans for you? Or maybe you need to work a way around what is causing you to stop.

The real working thing about WW for me is the weekly meetings. I could follow the program on my own, but the reason I chose WW was for the extra boost of support. Not everyone needs that... so WW isn't for everyone.

Exactly

When you feel like you are ready, it's a commitment. The weight didn't appear overnight and it won't slip away that fast either....it's hard to remember that sometimes.

I'm a WW girl myself
