I'm back from Jamaica!!! I spent a wonderful few weeks there I did NOT want to leave.. thats for sure. I'm sick now from the change in weather, I went from 34 degree's to -34 degree's But it was a very good trip, nice to see my old friends again. I finally stopped crying, I hate goodbye's! I hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Years! According to my scale I've lost 4 pounds while in Jamaica, but I'll let the Weight Watchers scale be the judge of that when I get weighed in Thursday or Friday. I'm a little nervous.... I literally ate chicken everyday.... EVERYDAY. I NEVER want to see chicken again. I ate A LOT of FRIED chicken and JERK chicken.... A LOT. I'm surprised I didn't gain 15 pounds. I wouldn't have really cared though, I told myself I was on vacation, and the whole diet thing was off while I was there. Some of my friends noticed my weight loss I've lost about 50 lbs since I was there last, and a lot of just said I looked really good then asked me if I changed my hair..... Seriously? Boys can be so dumb haha.
And, and the PLANE SEAT! NO PROBLEM MON!.... seat belt fit me just fine this time!
I'm getting back into the diet lifestyle slowly this week.... But can't wait to start dropping the pounds once again!

Wow it seem likes you had a wonderful trip. WTG on lOSING 4 pounds while on vacation. We are glad to have you back. I always wanted to go to Jamaica but unless you know someone I heard you won't get the full experience.

That is true. It makes me sick to think people go to Jamaica and just sit in a resort. What a waste. I do true JAMAICAN things when I'm there... Bathe in a river, bush parties, attend church (even a funeral!).... Best times of my life.

Oh man I would've been right at home! I LOVE chicken [and the ocean!!!]. I don't eat red meat [not for any particular reason other than I think it tastes like dirt] so I would've been in jerk chicken heaven!

Yeah, it's for the better. I hated missing him so much. I've moved on. On my way to the airport Sunday, I seen him randomly walking down the street... I jumped out of the car and yelled ANDRE... We ran to eachother and hugged eachother real tight. It was like a scene from a movie. Lmao. Since I've been home he has been texting me, saying he wants to remain friends for life and stuff... We'll see.
