The first step! :)

  • Well, I got on the scale this morning, four days into my new diet, and I've lost my first pound. Yaaaay! What a way to start off the new year!

    Oh! Plus, I found out the scale I was using was off by EIGHT POUNDS. Sooo. My starting weight wasn't 177, it was 169! Yay!
  • The first pound can be one of the hardest, good luck reaching your goal!

    I had the opposite happen with my scale, it was about 8 pounds off in my favor. I had used this scale since high school, so it was hard to give it up about a year ago for a new scale
