Default Ok Ladies....back On The Wagon
I have to say, I am so happy, ok didnt make "onederland" but didn't gain through the holidays and I am now 3lbs less...so here i go....

YEAH.....let's keep going....

I remember seeing your face around these parts awhile ago. So glad to see you back.

You know what? Not gaining is a HUGE accomplishment. Especially during difficult times like the holidays. Give yourself a pat on the back & now plan for the upcoming weeks as you ease yourself back into a healthier routine.

Oh, yes, not gaining is HUGE. I still have yet to get through a holiday season without a 3-4 pound gain. And I call myself a maintainer!

Welcome back...kick it into high gear and let's get this done!

Yea I was pretty excited I will be in onederland very soon and I even ran into an old high school girlfriend of mine who teaches in my sons school and we are starting a daily work out routine together starting TODAY and I am so excited.....I believe this is going to be a GREAT year Time to get my great body back OH wait a minute...not sure I ever had one to begin with....but now is the time.....YEAH
