Hi everyone! Welcome to the new year. I am entering it with a new attitude. I've been lazy, lazy, lazy. Lazy about eating well. So I am determined to start a new trend. My goal is 25 pounds to 150. I hope I can make it there! I decided to join the forums for support and ideas. I have started the South Beach Diet. Anyone have any luck with that? One of problems is that I don;t get the support at home with the non-dieters. So I look forward to meeting all of you!!
