Graduating....

  • to phase 2, that is! now, i'm pretty sure i'm going to need some help... i'm afraid to add fruits and grains back into my diet!!

    so... i've come up with a plan, and i hope someone more experienced than me can tell me if it's anywhere near on track....
    i think that the first week, i am going to add in a serving of fruit to the day's menu.... then the second week, i am going to add in a serving of whole grains...

    is that a good idea? i just want to take it slow to make sure i am still losing... any suggestions would be great!!
  • that's a great idea and will help you figure out what foods work for you. Way to go completing Phase 1!

  • good plan! I've not had good luck in Ph2 (usually do Ph1 for 3 weeks then drop off -- at least the last 2 times I did this!) so that's my plan too. Add one thing a day for a week and see how I react. First up is a serving of brown rice pasta a day! I CAN NOT WAIT!
