Wine

  • There is a glass of deliciously cheap wine poured and ready to drink sitting right next to me. It will be my second of the evening. I really don't need it.

    But it'll help me sleep... But I really don't need it...

  • I have a weak spot for wine so I know how you feel! I would suggest drinking a glass of water instead and maybe take a relaxing bubble bath or do something that will help relax you for bed.
  • oh me too! If you really, really have to have that wine try putting ice in the glass and sipping slowly. i can make a glass of wine last for an hour that way, and end up drinking half wine half water.
  • oooo so smart I was in Europe this summer, they put coke in their red wine and sparkling lemon water in their white. I tried it with diet 7 up - basically the same thing - cuts the calories in half, and tastes so good!

    I gave the wine to my sister, go me!
  • I dilute my red wine with diet sprite. Or my pink wine, or my white. Lasts longer, and IMO tastes better.
  • wine and brandy are my down fall

  • i live in Italy. need i say more on teh wine issue? i've never seen them dilute it with anything. but i like to mix it with frizzante water (bubbly water like a Perrier, they drink bubbly water a lot here). it tastes better and has fewer calories,a nd i think it actually enhances the bouquet..you can taste all the different layers better....wine is so weird. good, but weird...
