i am new to 3FC... and starting the SBD tomorrow...
i'm a college student from colorado... i just got done with the stress, eating, studying (and did i mention eating?) to get through finals this past week... with the temperature in single digits outside... it's time for the beach! haha...
my main question is that i'm not a big fan of eggs... sooo i was planning on eating yogurt for breakfast... however, most of my snacks have cheese involved... how much dairy is too much? also, any breakfast suggestions would be helpful, it's by far the meal i will struggle the most with as i usually eat a piece of fruit

excited to kick off my two weeks of phase one tomorrow and for all the support i see that 3FC's has to offer!


to the Beach, emikeeann! I recommend reading the book if you haven't already done so, you'll need it to understand the concept behind this eating plan. Also, you'll find some good ideas on non-egg breakfast ideas in our FAQ section, along with the updated foods lists.
