I'm not at home so I can't access my notes, but I'll give you a nutshell version of what we did and our results.
I think there were about 7 of us that tried it. We first dieted for 2 weeks and wrote down every single bite we ate as well as any exercise. We were all very careful with the details and many of us lost about 2 pounds or so.
Then we duplicated the entire experience, this time adding the Phase 2 Carb Interceptor according to the package directions. Every thing we did was identical to the first 2 weeks of our experiment. Some lost at the same rate without any difference, some didn't lose any at all, and a couple regained what they previously lost. Most had tummy troubles, too.
Our conclusion - Save your money.
