I don't know if this is good for anyone else but me but I don't care! =) This helps me a lot to keep me accountable, so I thought we could try again!
My plan is 1564 calories, over 92oz of water, Pilates or a 2.5 mile walk & I really need to eat at home these next 2 days. I have had excuses almost everyday to eat out, but when I do that I don't get as much food because the food is higher in calories.
