Weekend Challenge 11/22-11/23

  • I don't know if this is good for anyone else but me but I don't care! =) This helps me a lot to keep me accountable, so I thought we could try again!

    My plan is 1564 calories, over 92oz of water, Pilates or a 2.5 mile walk & I really need to eat at home these next 2 days. I have had excuses almost everyday to eat out, but when I do that I don't get as much food because the food is higher in calories.

    Saturday: 1410 calories, 144oz of water, Pilates
    Sunday: 1564 calories, 128oz of water, no exercise
  • I'm having Chinese today ... i mean i havent had it in MONTHS and i really want it! lol
  • Same plan as the rest of the week water and food

    Saturday: 1398/1500, 2/3 water bottles drunk
    Sunday: 1496/1500, 1/3 water bottles drunk
  • This'll help me! I'm trying to do good this weekend so I don't feel so bad on Thanksgiving.

    So far today:
    25 minutes on the elliptical
    20 minutes weights
    10 minutes treadmill
    Breakfast- a HUGE bowl of apple cinnamon cheerios and light vanilla soymilk
    Lunch/Snack- 2 bowls of vegetable soup (I made it today ) and about 8 crackers
  • I went out to eat last nite....
    drunk a lot of alcohol compared to normal....
    and ate vegetable soup, bout a cup full....
    roast beef with boiled pots, boiled cauliflower and boiled peas/carrots and a yorkshire pudding....
    some fruit for desert....
    and a small slice of cake....

    so needless to say i have been better today....
    apple for breakfast....
    mixed veg and boiled potatoes for lunch....
    a slice of homemade pizza, tiny homemade roll and a fruit cake for tea....

    im back on plan and hve continuted to exercise throughout....
    i am nearly at a stage where i want to start maintaining so im not feeling overly bad about last nite, thought id feel worse, a lot worse....

    heres to a healthy Sunday....
  • Sh315- It's good to hear from you! I've been worried and thinking about you. I haven't seen you on here in a while. You're 115 and now just getting to a place you want to maintain? I thought you had already started maintaining.
  • had an apple for breakfast....
    roast beef, boiled pots, boiled cabbage and boiled beans for lunch....
    a yoghurt and a cake for tea i think, hope i can stick to it....
  • Disgruntled: Don't worry! Weekends can be hard! We usually go out to lunch after church on Sundays & I really want to pig out, but luckily we didn't go today. I DID however get Panda Express, but I portioned it all out & I'm still only at 621 calories today. I'm pretty proud of myself. BTW, I freaking love Cici's Pizza. It is sooo bad for you, but so good!

    I'm really nervous to weigh in tomorrow...I had 2 bad days in a row & on Thursday I was up .4 from Monday. With the exception of one day, my water intake has been over 100oz a day, so hopefully that will bail me out this week.

    How is everyone else doing this weekend? Getting ready for Thanksgiving?
  • This weekend wasn't really the best eating wise. I've been under calories both days, went to the gym both days and have been drinking as much water as I can....but I haven't been making the best choices where the food was concerned.

    Thanksgiving is going to be a challenge definitely, but I think I am going to have the "it's only one day" mentality. I already know that I will most likely go over that day, but it'll be alright. In the long run, that one particular day isn't going to make or break the rest of the weight loss stuff, right? haha
