1st goal post! 20%!

  • Yay!! I've lost 6 pounds! I'd like to lose 19 more so I'm a bit over 20% there! I'm really proud of myself because I've been eating good, whole foods and also giving myself little treats (like a cupcake for DS's bday). I haven't maintained a weight below 150 since I was 17. But this is the first time I've really learned how much I should really be eating and how much I need! I'm so excited to say that for my next mini goal (5lbs) I'll be under 150!!
