Sticky on Calorie Cycling?

    Why don't we have a sticky on calorie cycling!!?

    We need one. Are there any threads that we could nominate for a sticky?

    That would be great!! I was going to do some searches on calorie cycling. I know that WW used to have a "Wendi Plan" that had the same concept except with points.
    I would like to try doing this, and have more of a "plan"
