I bought my books to help me out too, and the little black purse that stores all the info. I need the help big time. I have stayed within my points since Tues. and have high hopes of succeeding all the way this time. My husband is doing this also, but doesn't go to the meetings. I need them. I find the group to be very supportive and informative, too. I am thrilled! My co-workers are also involved, so that is nice, too. We are all struggling together, even though I am the only large one! (at work, not at the meetings). THE others are much slimmer than I am but they are also learning how to eat more healthy, and even though they don't have as much to lose, they are trying to lose! Sounds like you have done well pamela and baily's mom! CONGRATS, and I hope I can be a success story shortly. KEEP up the good work. I did a 40 min walk one day, and a 45 min workout on the glider today, but other than the 2 days working out, I haven't been too disciplined! That is going to change.
