Default just to say hi

hi to all of you. I have read a few of the post and i must say this group sounds wonderful. I have been on ww for 6 wk lost a total of 21.6 lbs looking forward to loosing at leaste 95 more It is a tough thing to do but I think I finally have my mind set wishing all of us loosers good luck.

Welcome I am glad to meet you. I have been on WW for 9 weeks and have lost 28.5 lbs. I have a long way to go and I would like to be here to support you and to have your support. Congrats on your wieght loss. That is so great!!

Default joined WW this past week;

I bought my books to help me out too, and the little black purse that stores all the info. I need the help big time. I have stayed within my points since Tues. and have high hopes of succeeding all the way this time. My husband is doing this also, but doesn't go to the meetings. I need them. I find the group to be very supportive and informative, too. I am thrilled! My co-workers are also involved, so that is nice, too. We are all struggling together, even though I am the only large one! (at work, not at the meetings). THE others are much slimmer than I am but they are also learning how to eat more healthy, and even though they don't have as much to lose, they are trying to lose! Sounds like you have done well pamela and baily's mom! CONGRATS, and I hope I can be a success story shortly. KEEP up the good work. I did a 40 min walk one day, and a 45 min workout on the glider today, but other than the 2 days working out, I haven't been too disciplined! That is going to change. Daily workouts would be more beneficial to me. HOPE you are doing well.... drink that water, (I am) kurly

It sounds like you are really motivated! Exercising helps bring the wieght off a whole lot quicker! I know this for a fact. When I was doing Tae Bo I was loosing 5-7 lbs a week. I quit and have only been loosing 2 lbs a week. So I started back on Tae Bo yesterday. I need to get this wieght off fast Good luck with your wieght loss. If you need to talk, feel free to email me.
