Learn Yoga Videos??

  • Does anyone know any links where I can find Free instructional Yoga videos?? I would really appreciate it.
  • The library is where I would start.
  • check out www.yogatoday.com

they have daily yoga classes and usually once a week there is a beginner class offered.
  • yeah, i'd hit up the library. you can go to WorldCat (just Google it) and find videos and DVDs at a library near you! (i'm in grad school to be a librarian.)
  • Exercisetv.tv has some yoga routines in their free section
  • ok, i live in NORTH AFRICA... ive checked the tv chanels, no exercise TV of any kind.. and no librarys that iv'e found here...
  • oh, sorry CountingDown, I miss-read your post.. Thank you for that site. It has some wonderful videos.

You other Library searchers.. Could you give me some Titles of exercise videos that you find to be good quality, and I will try to research them on the Intenet..?? I really appreciate it.
  • I didn't want you to think I was ignoring you, but I haven't used any videos (although I want to!) so I don't have any recommendations. But I know I've seen some people on here recommend some, so hopefully you'll get some good recommendations.

You could also check out this site:

    http://www.megayoga.com/

I don't know if she has a video, but probably. She focuses on adapting yoga poses where needed for larger sizes, in a very straightforward and practical way - something unfortunately still lacking in much other yoga instruction.
  • i'll do a more complex search when i get home later... for some reason WorldCat thinks that Tunisia is Tennessee.
