SAHM to a 15month old son loving it and he is my motivation to loose the weight. I have over a 6 year period gained 45lbs and im hoping to loose it all within the next year
I have begun working out 4 days per week and have started to keep a journal and count calories llimiting myself to 1800-1900 per day.
Please share your best piece of advice
