Let me just start with a mini-background. I started my journey on December 18th 2006. I weighed 255lbs ( I was 24 about to turn 25). I remember hitting the 200 mark. I was in the 7th grade. At my junior high they weighed the entire gym class together. The teacher looked at me and said 203lbs, I was 13 years old. My weight steadily went up from there (my biggest was my senior year of HS I was probably around 280...Though I never brought myself to look at the Doctor's notes or anything.)
However my point is not to regress...It's just simply to tell you that the last time (prior to this year) I weighed under 200lbs was about 13 years ago! When I started my journey on 12/18/06 my goal was 180 lbs. On my last weigh in I was 182.6 and depending on tomorrow I will either have hit that goal or be closer than I ever thought I would be!
I'm just looking for some good thoughts and some luck when I face the scale in the morning!
When I made into the 100's earlier this year. I had set my new goal of 150. Though the 180 original goal has still always been a benchmark for me! The 170's are a little unfathomable to me....Though they may be closer than I think!
